S/Y Caprice was built in October 1987 in Denmark
She has been beautifully maintained by her present owner for the
last 7 years.
She has been sailed throughout the Mediterranean single handed
and is easy to handle and very spacious.
The accommodation is for a max of 10 in 4 cabins including the
saloon. She has a washbasin in each cabin, a main head compartment with shower, basin and
WC, and will make an ideal upmarket private charter boat. (see layout plan below)
All upholstery has removable summer and winter covers, and all mattresses are new.
The galley has a Taylor 2 burner stove with oven, a battery run fridge (with brand new
compressor) and the galley is easy to use and fully equipped to feed 8 persons. Water
delivery is both electric and manual (foot pump) and there is a new 22 litre hot water
boiler.

She has holding tanks with a 150 Litre capacity
The cockpit seats are new and of teak, the deck is specially
built in non slip quality.
There is a summer and winter awning, and the dodger has windows.
There is a cockpit shower (hot and cold)
The engine is a Yanmar 44 PS (44HP) and is housed in an easy to
get to position on 3 sides.
Fuel capacity is 200 Litres
The sails are also easy to manage, as she has a roller furling Genoa (44 sq.m)and an
inmast roller furling main (32 sq.m). Both of these sails are in good condition, and the
storm jib (10.40 sq.m) is unused.
She has Stainless Steel rigging, 5 winches and a large cockpit
with instrumentation (including radar) on easy read panels in the cockpit sides .
The anchor windlass is electric. There is 60m chain, 65m of warp (+ a special hand made
Nero warp coil) 15m extra chain
A super Bugel anchor and also a Danforth.
