This yacht has had one owner
only from new and after completing a circumnavigation has been
completely refurbished hence its immaculate condition.
Forecabin; a comfortable,
roomy cabin with two single berths which are convertible to a double.
To the starboard side is a hanging locker with a small vanity
unit. The saloon has a u shaped settee to starboard with a
single settee berth opposite. The centrally mounted table folds
out to the complete width of the saloon. The navigation area is
aft of the saloon on the portside; chart table.
The toilet compartment with marine toilet and shower is aft of
the navigation area on the port side immediately adjacent to the
companionway steps.
The galley, which is immediately opposite is L shaped; hot and cold
pressurised water system, stainless steel sink with chopping board
inset, full cooker, and top opening icebox. The aft cabin is
reached through a passageway from the saloon and galley. In this
passageway are two hanging lockers: one for wet gear. Aft cabin;
double berth, a settee, a dressing table and hanging locker.
Fuel 159 litres.

This cruising yacht is deceptively spacious.

Since new the yacht has
been lifted every year for drying and antifoul purposes. It is
fitted out for long distance live aboard cruising and is ready to sail
away. The yacht is now lying in Larnaca Marina, Cyprus where
it is duty and vat paid.
